Patient & Visitor Information

Visiting Hours

Visitors play an important role in supporting patients and extended care residents. General visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. However, we promote a family friendly environment with flexible visiting hours. Family and friends may visit when convenient or needed with respect to the patient's needs.

In special circumstances, arrangements can be made for visitors to stay with the patient. Please consult a nurse to determine if these arrangements can be made. To ensure that patients and staff are not exposed to contagious illnesses, we ask those who are ill not to visit patients and instead contact them by phone.

Patients, upon admission have the right to restrict visitors and any personal information that is released about them. With patients permission, we can release the patient name and room number to transfer a call to their room.
