IGH Employee Benefits


Full time Employees are eligible for insurance the 1st of the month following 30 days of full time employment.
Children are covered up to age 20 or 26 if a full-time student.


Medical and prescription coverage for employees can be in Network or Non-Network.
Group Term Life & AD&D.
The premium for $10,000 of Life insurance is paid. Employees can buy between $10,000 and $500,000 in life insurance. The amount cannot exceed 7 times the employees annual salary. Spouses and children can be covered. The premiums for all voluntary life coverage is paid by the employee.


The vision service plan covers exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.


Dental covers Preventative, basic, major, and orthodontia.
